Tile Reset in San Dimas, CA
Tile reset service that restores roof integrity by preserving original tile while replacing the failed underlayment beneath.
Tile Reset for San Dimas homes
A tile reset restores waterproofing by lifting the existing tile, replacing the underlayment and flashings, and setting the tile back. It can avoid the cost of all-new tile when the tile itself is in good shape. We serve San Dimas from our West Hills office.
San Dimas is in the eastern San Gabriel Valley near the foothills. For a sloping lot, discuss access, staging and protection of landscaping before comparing roofing proposals; these are property-specific parts of the work.
