What to expect, step by step

Inspect
We assess surface condition, flashings, ventilation and visible deck issues.

Written options
Materials, scope and any contingency for deck repair are written down.

Tear-off and deck check
The old roof comes off to the deck so the sheathing can be inspected.

Install
Underlayment, flashings, ventilation and shingles go on in sequence.

Walk-through
We review the finished roof and magnet-sweep and clean the site.

We do not post price ranges because they would not be honest without seeing your roof. These are the things that move the number for this kind of work:
