We review the finished work with you and clean up the site.
What affects the estimate
We do not post price ranges because they would not be honest without seeing your roof. These are the things that move the number for this kind of work:
- Tile type and profile, and whether existing tile can be reused
- Condition of the underlayment and decking underneath
- Roof pitch, number of valleys, hips and penetrations
- Access for staging and storing tile on site
- Whether replacement tile has to be matched
Read before you compare quotes
- Repair vs. replacementHow to tell whether your roof needs a repair or a full replacement: the signs, the questions to ask, and a side-by-side comparison for tile, shingle and flat roofs.

Tile Roof: common questions
Why does my tile roof leak when the tile looks fine?
The underlayment beneath tile does the waterproofing and it can age before the tile does. A reset is often the remedy.
What is a tile reset?
Tile is lifted and stored, new underlayment and flashings are installed, and the original tile is set back with replacements for breakage.
